As Inundações e os Padrões de Ocupação das Margens do Ucayali pelos Shipibo-Konibo

O autor analisa as diferenças de adaptação das aldeias localizadas na planície de inundação e daquelas situadas em áreas não inundáveis. Demonstra que existe uma relação complementar e recíproca entre os membros dos dois tipos de aldeia e destaca a importância de considerar essa relação em qualquer planejamento de desenvolvimento para a região de Ucayali.
