Amazonía Peruana is an annual journal published by the Amazonian Center for Anthropology and Practical Application (CAAAP), created in 1976, which publishes articles by Peruvian and foreign researchers from various fields of social sciences on a range of topics related to the study of the Amazonian reality.

The journal has an interdisciplinary and international editorial board that selects and approves submitted articles through a review and analysis process.
